A History of Mobile Final Fantasy

While this wouldn't be Square Enix's first foray into mobile Final Fantasy games, past attempts have yielded mixed results. Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis, while decent, didn't universally impress, and Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia was ultimately shut down. Adapting a complex MMORPG like FFXIV for mobile presents a significant challenge.
