The buzz around Marvel's Fantastic Four: First Steps is reaching a fever pitch as we edge closer to its July 25, 2025 release date. As one of the three Marvel movies slated for 2025, alongside Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts, fans have been eagerly awaiting any glimpse of the film. Despite the anticipation, no trailer has been officially released—until now, perhaps.
Speculation was rife that the first trailer might debut during the Super Bowl. However, a now-edited press release from Good Morning America hinted that the trailer could premiere as early as February 4, 2025. The original schedule for the upcoming week on Good Morning America listed the debut of the Fantastic Four: First Steps trailer for Tuesday's show. Yet, the mention of the trailer was quickly removed from the press release, fueling further speculation.

While a trailer is expected to drop soon given the proximity to the movie's premiere, the choice of Good Morning America as the platform might come as a surprise to some. However, it makes perfect sense considering that Good Morning America is broadcast by ABC, which is owned by Disney, the parent company of Marvel Studios.
As for the plot, details remain under wraps, but the main cast has been announced, featuring Pedro Pascal as Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing. Adding to the intrigue, Robert Downey Jr. has been confirmed to play Doctor Doom, raising questions about how and why Tony Stark has taken on this iconic villain's role.
With Fantastic Four: First Steps marking the beginning of Phase Six, fans still have Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts to look forward to as they wrap up Phase Five. The excitement is palpable, and the wait for the first trailer is almost over.
