Funcom, the developer behind the highly anticipated multiplayer survival game *Dune: Awakening*, has provided an exciting update on the game's business model and post-launch plans. The studio has confirmed that the game will officially launch on May 20 as a "full launch," rather than entering an Early Access phase. In a move that sets *Dune: Awakening* apart from many other MMOs, Funcom has announced that the game will not require a subscription to play. The Deluxe Edition also features the armor of the Sardaukar, the elite military force that players will encounter in the game.
