After removing your Source collar, your goal is to get the Lady Vengeance underway. This isn't done through conventional means; you must discover an unconventional method. Explore the ship, talk to NPCs, and gather clues. The key is accessing Magister Dallis' cabin and the Ancient Empire Songbook within.

Investigate Dead Bodies

Begin by searching the bodies of the magisters and ghouls on deck. A dead magister holds a Sodden Diary containing a password for a stateroom door. You can also potentially obtain the password via a skill check with the northern stateroom door. Additionally, you'll need a Strange Gem to interact with the Portside Stateroom door. A magic mirror near the stateroom doors allows respeccing characters, useful for skill checks.

Find the Portside Stateroom

Using the password from the diary, enter the ship's quarters. Interact with the unconscious Bishop Alexander to find a Strange Gem in his regalia. Use this gem on the southern stateroom door, then use the password ("Fortitude") to unlock it. Inside Magister Dallis' cabin, you'll find the next crucial item. The cabin also contains a hidden hatch with ghouls and a Teleportation Prism.

Find the Songbook

In Magister Dallis' cabin, talk to Tarquin and Dallis thoroughly before searching. The Ancient Empire Songbook rests on a pedestal. Reading it will reveal the song needed to move the ship. It's advisable to speak to all NPCs before setting sail, as interaction will be impossible once the ship leaves.

Set Sail

Return to the deck and inform Malady about the songbook. She'll ask you to sing. Find the dragon figurine to the west and sing the song. The Lady Vengeance will begin to sail. Be prepared for a challenging battle with powerful magisters immediately afterward; ensure your party is well-equipped and has sufficient companions.
