PC Alpha Went Live on August 6, 2024!

The Delta Force PC Alpha Test became accessible at around Aug 5, 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for the United States.

Enthusiasts had several opportunities to join the Alpha Test through various channels:

Additionally, their official Twitter/X account frequently distributed Alpha Test codes to celebrate special occasions and milestones.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force revealed a new date for the postponed Alpha test, set for August 6, 2024. Fans could attempt to secure a spot via the official website, the official Steam page, or by obtaining keys through Twitch drops or special giveaways. One notable giveaway on their official Twitter/X account awarded 100 lucky winners with codes for the Alpha test.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

During the pre-alpha test, which ran from July 11 - 15, the developers identified several critical gameplay issues. As a result, they had to delay the July Alpha test to address these problems and ensure a superior gaming experience for all participants.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force had originally planned to conduct its Alpha Test starting on July 18, with no specified end date. Participants could gain access by filling out player surveys on the official website, requesting access on the official Steam page, or watching Twitch streams to earn Steam keys via Twitch Drops.

A pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15 served as a preliminary stress test, allowing a limited number of players to play and help identify issues before the main Alpha Test. Engaging with all available avenues increased the chances of gaining early access.

The Alpha Test was exclusively for PC players, accessible through the game's official client or Steam. Note that access to one platform did not guarantee access to the other, as cross-progression was not available during the Alpha Test.
