Crashlands 2 unveiled a significant update today, version 1.1. Butterscotch Shenanigans, the developers, introduced the patch with fresh challenges and content that fans of the original Crashlands have been eager to revisit.

What’s New in Crashlands 2 Update 1.1?

Legend Mode arrives, offering a tougher experience than Challenge Mode. On Woanope, enemies move faster, strike harder, and boast larger HP pools, while Flux Dabes feels more vulnerable than ever.

No unique achievements come with conquering Legend Mode, but you’ll automatically unlock all lower-difficulty rewards as a bonus.

For a more relaxed experience, Explorer Mode is now available for players who prefer gathering resources, crafting cozy homes, and fishing without the threat of constant danger.

This mode dials back combat intensity, letting you immerse yourself in the story, decorate your base, and bond with Crashlands 2’s quirky characters.

The highlight of the update is the return of The Compendium. Responding to player feedback post-launch, the developers reinstated this feature to track Flux’s discoveries, including pets, recipes, and items needed to complete your collection.

Enhanced Pet Features and More

In Crashlands 2 Update 1.1, pets now assist in battles, each equipped with a unique ability you can activate every 20 seconds.

Gear crafting has gained depth with randomized bonus stats applied to newly crafted armor. The update also introduces new gadgets, weapons, and trinkets for added variety.

Quality-of-life enhancements abound in Update 1.1. Players can now build on more terrain types, reposition their home teleporter, and tweak nighttime darkness levels for better visibility.

Crashlands 2 is available on the Google Play Store. Launched on April 10th, this update reflects the developers’ commitment to addressing community feedback.
