Once hired, maintain this job for a minimum of 15 years (monitor progress via the challenge tracker).

Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings

These tasks are best tackled concurrently. Access "Activities > Love > Hook Up" and select any available option. The game doesn't explicitly state whether your hookup is a mother, but frequent hookups over several years significantly increase your chances of meeting this requirement.
