Crossroads of the World, the first Civilization VII DLC, arrives in March, launching in two parts. The initial release features Great Britain and Carthage as playable civilizations, introducing Ada Lovelace, the pioneering computer scientist, as a new leader. Three weeks later, the second installment adds Simon Bolivar as a leader, alongside Bulgaria and Nepal as new civilizations.

Right to Rule, the second DLC, is slated for release in Q2 2025 (April-September), and will include two more leaders, four additional civilizations, and new natural wonders.

Firaxis is committed to ongoing expansion and improvement. March will see the addition of new in-game events and natural wonders, including the Bermuda Triangle and Mount Everest.

Civilization VII launches February 11th on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Deluxe and Founders Edition owners gain five days early access, starting February 6th. A day-one patch will also be available.

Firaxis Games and 2K have declared Sid Meier's Civilization VII "gold," signifying the completion of primary development and eliminating the risk of further delays, barring unforeseen circumstances. The Steam Deck has also confirmed compatibility. This latest entry in the acclaimed series promises a refined 4X strategy experience across all modern platforms.
