It's rare for me to already start thinking about what to do this weekend, but I may just have to dig into My.Games' Castle Duels starting this Friday! And that's because their latest major update is here, bringing huge new additions and an extra-challenging take on Castle Duels: Blitz Mode!

The headlining addition in this update, Blitz mode, is active every Friday to Sunday and offers an exclusive new PvP challenge. In it, you'll have only one heart to your name and a very slim 3.5 minutes to prepare. Units will appear on the battlefield automatically in Blitz mode, and the faster you finalize your setup, the stronger they become; so every second to strategize counts!

To complement this, there's a new faction being introduced as well, and while Multifaction may sound a little blasé, this mashup of your favorite armies does something unusual. Rather than a set, albeit mixed roster, you'll only have access to a rotating pool of units from each faction, all with their own unit portraits and weekly Faction Blessings to ensure fresh strategy each time.

Take them to the cleanersThat's still not all, either. This new update also comes with the Starseeking event starting March 20th that'll see the introduction of the Cleaner, the first Multifaction unit, as its exclusive reward. The Cleaner comes alongside the legendary unit, The Undertaker (Insert Paul Bearer noises here) and the rare hero Terra. All of these new additions offer strong twists on existing formats, ensuring even the most experienced of players can expect some surprises.
