Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0: A Global Launch with Clan Warfare and More!
Castle Duels: Tower Defense has officially launched globally after a successful soft launch in select regions in June 2024. Update 3.0 introduces exciting new features, challenges, and adventures for players worldwide.
What's New in Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0?
The biggest addition is undoubtedly the introduction of clans! Team up with fellow players, trade units, send clan-wide rewards, and access a dedicated clan store. Clan functionality unlocks at Arena 2.
For PvP enthusiasts, training battles provide a perfect arena to hone your skills.
The Clan Tournament pits teams of five against each other in a race to complete daily quests. The fastest clan wins! This feature is available from Arena 5.
Unit Overhauls and Name Changes
Several units have received significant updates:
- Raphael is now Angel, a revamped support and healer focusing on health restoration rather than damage boosts.
- Knight of Light is now Risen.
- Forestlord is now Woodbeard.
- Riding Hood now boasts long-range damage attacks.
- Golem's ability range has been reduced to better reflect its melee role.
- Fighter has transitioned to a defense role with a new opponent-repelling and damage-reducing ability.
Many units, including Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire, have also received visual makeovers, especially noticeable at higher merge ranks.
