Gamescom Latam 2024 Crowns "What the Car?" Best Mobile Game

Gamescom Latam, the inaugural gaming event held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, successfully showcased Latin America's burgeoning gaming scene and celebrated global industry achievements. A key highlight was the game awards ceremony, presented in partnership with the BIG Festival.

The awards, featuring 13 categories, saw finalists selected by a panel of 49 judges. All nominees were playable on the show floor, demonstrating a welcome integration of mobile and PC games, highlighting the significance of mobile gaming.

The coveted "Best Mobile Game" award went to Triband ApS's "What the Car?". This win further solidifies the game's growing recognition, previously featured in an article highlighting lesser-known but exceptional games.
