Locating Naoise Nallinto

This encounter unfolds in Act III, specifically at Sharess' Caress brothel in Wyrm's Crossing. If you haven't already visited, you'll encounter Raphael there on your initial journey towards Baldur's Gate. Alternatively, utilize the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing fast travel point for direct access.

Naoise resides within the Nymph's Grotto, a locked chamber on the second floor. The door, marked by a green light and ivy, requires a lockpick skill check of 10 or higher to open.

Romancing Naoise Nallinto

Inside, you'll find Naoise with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier. Interrupting their private moment triggers a confrontation. Choose dialogue options carefully; selecting "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken" initiates a sequence leading to a battle with a Mindflayer-transformed Jara.

After defeating Jara, Naoise reveals an unexpected attraction to Mindflayers. Selecting dialogue options that express understanding, rather than judgment, is key. For example, "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset." A successful Insight check will reveal her receptiveness to romance.

Further dialogue choices, such as "What did you have in mind?" and "Close your eyes and listen," lead to a unique mental romance scene. Naoise presents choices defining the nature of the encounter ("Revered," "Contented," "Powerful," "Rich," or "I think we're done here"). The outcome of this scene, regardless of your choice, is a one-time experience. Subsequent visits will yield only a platonic interaction.
