Ubisoft's new Assassin's Creed Shadows trailer spotlights the PC edition's enhanced features. The trailer showcases support for upscaling technologies, ultra-wide monitor compatibility, ray tracing (RTGI and RT Reflections), and extensive configuration options for less powerful PCs.

At launch, the PC version will boast compatibility with DLSS 3.7, FSR 3.1, and XeSS 2. A built-in benchmark tool is included for performance testing, guaranteeing smooth gameplay on ultra-wide monitors.

Minimum specifications for 1080p at 30 FPS include an Intel Core i7 8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, and an NVIDIA GTX 1070 (8 GB) or AMD RX 5700 (8 GB) GPU. For a 4K, 60 FPS experience at ultra settings with advanced ray tracing, players will require an Intel Core i7 13700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, and an RTX 4090 (24 GB) graphics card.

Ubisoft collaborated with Intel to optimize AC Shadows for Intel processors. Post-launch performance analysis on AMD systems will follow. The community anticipates improved performance compared to previous series entries, building on Mirage's noticeable performance gains over Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla.

Assassin's Creed Shadows arrives on March 20th for PC and consoles.
