What’s the Story in Alphadia III?

Set in the Alphadian Year 970, Alphadia III plunges you into the climactic stages of the Energi War—a monumental struggle over a mysterious life force known as energi. The world is divided among three major powers: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom in the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east, each vying for control.

As the conflict reaches its breaking point, you step into the shoes of Alfonso, a clone soldier. The story takes a dramatic turn when a girl named Tarte arrives with news of a fellow clone's death, igniting a chain of events that will change everything.

What’s the Gameplay Like?

Alphadia III embraces the classic turn-based combat system viewed from the side, rendered in charming pixel art. The game features engaging systems such as SP Skills, which charge during battles and can turn the tide of combat when used strategically.

Arrays are another crucial aspect, offering various battle formations and strategies that unlock as you progress, allowing you to adapt your approach based on the challenges you face.

A fresh addition to the series is the Energi Crock. By depositing spare items into it as you journey, it eventually generates Energi Elements, which you can exchange for valuable gear and other rewards at in-game shops.

Throughout your adventure, you'll encounter diverse factions, including the peacekeeping alliance Deval and elite military units like Rosenkreutz from Nordsheim. You'll also come across different energi clone models, such as the Berger Series from Nordsheim and the Delta Series from Schwarzschild.
