Companion App for Knowledge is Power: Decades on PlayStation®4

As of December 14, 2023, there have been significant updates regarding the companion apps for several PlayLink games, including Knowledge is Power: Decades. Here's what you need to know:

Android Users:

If you've already downloaded the companion app to your current device or added it to your library, you can continue using it to play the game. However, the companion apps for the following games are no longer available for download on the Google Play Store for devices running newer versions of Android OS than listed below:

• Knowledge is Power Decades - Android 11

Apple iOS Users:

You can continue to play the game with the relevant companion app, regardless of your iOS version.

Game Overview:

Challenge your friends and family with the high-energy quiz game, Knowledge is Power: Decades, on the PlayStation®4 system using the game’s companion app. Dive into thousands of pop culture trivia questions spanning the '80s, '90s, '00s, and '10s. Use your smartphone as a controller to compete with up to five other players. Be the fastest to answer questions, utilize Power Plays to gain an edge, and participate in touch screen Challenges to climb the Pyramid of Knowledge.

How to Play:

Ensure your PlayStation®4 system and your compatible mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Follow the in-app instructions to connect and start playing.

Features of the Companion App:

• Character Customization: Pick your character and take a selfie with fun filters.
• Private Answers: Answer quiz questions without revealing your choices to other players.
• Power Plays: Select from various Power Plays to slow down your rivals.
• Touch Screen Challenges: Engage in interactive challenges requiring taps, swipes, and drags.
• Quiz Blast: Challenge friends to beat your time on-the-go via the app.

The app supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Greek, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Arabic.
