How to play Batak trump spades:

Number of players: 4.

The game uses a 52-card deck. Each player receives 13 cards. All spade cards are trump cards.

In swamp trump spades, only spades are declared as trump.

The objective is to predict how many tricks you'll win before the game starts and then try to achieve at least that number.

Starting with the player to the dealer's right, everyone states their predicted trick count, which gets recorded on the scoreboard.

Gameplay:

The next player leads with any card if the table is empty. If cards are already played, they must follow suit if possible.

If unable to follow suit, they may play a trump card; otherwise, any card can be discarded.

Scoring:

After each round, scores are calculated based on the difference between predicted and actual tricks won.

If tricks won meet or exceed prediction:

10 × predicted tricks + (actual tricks - predicted tricks) points.

If tricks won fall short of prediction:

-10 × predicted tricks points.
