Important Notice: Due to hardware constraints, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips used in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the Troika card’s memory, so you’ll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to write new tickets onto your card.

The electronic purse offers various ticket options, allowing passengers to select the desired amount when purchasing.

Support is available for over 90 ticket types, including those for MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and social cards (including student discounts).

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Please ensure your payment card data remains secure, as we do not store any bank card information.

Don’t forget to align your Troika card with the NFC antenna on your device, which is typically located near the camera or along the edge (refer to your phone’s user manual for precise placement).

Funds are deducted from your payment card only after a successfully written ticket is recorded.
